What buyers ask us.
How does the milestone payment plan work?
You pay 30% to reserve your unit, then 25% when the frame reaches the amenity deck, 25% at the 8th floor, 10% at topping out and the final 10% at finishing and handover. Each payment falls due only when that stage is reached on site.
What do the three guarantees cover?
A 30-year structural guarantee on the building, a 10-year guarantee against leaks through windows, doors, ceilings and floors, and a 3-year post-construction guarantee covering everything in your apartment, from the light bulbs onwards. All three are written into your contract.
Are the residences finished or shell-and-core?
Every residence is delivered fully finished, with a fitted kitchen, central air conditioning, smart home controls and imported stone, timber and porcelain finishes.
Can I pay in Naira or US dollars?
Yes. You can pay in Naira into a Naira account or in USD into a USD account. Your advisor will share verified account details once your unit is reserved.
When will I get my keys?
Handover is September 2029, 36 months from launch. The site is already secured and set up, and construction begins in October 2026. The handover date includes a buffer for approvals, weather and supply delays.
How do I reserve a unit?
Complete the application form, online or printed, then make your initial payment to secure the unit. You can review the Contract of Sale before you pay if you would like to see the terms first.
What title does The Twist carry?
The land has a Certificate of Occupancy. You receive a Contract of Sale and receipt on payment, and ownership transfers to you by Deed on completion.
Can I buy from outside Nigeria?
Yes. International and diaspora buyers can complete the whole purchase remotely.
Can I choose my floor and unit?
Yes, on a first-come, first-served basis per floor and position. Every unit of a type on the same floor has one price, with no premium for orientation. Prices rise 5% per floor from the floor 4 base.
What happens if I miss an instalment?
There is a grace period. If a payment is still outstanding after it, interest applies to the overdue amount.
Is mortgage or financing available?
Yes. Financing options can be arranged on request.
Can I resell or assign my unit before handover?
Yes. You can resell or assign your unit before handover, as long as you notify the developer.
Is there a service charge?
Yes, billed annually. The amount is still to be set. It covers the amenities, security and facilities management, delivered by developer-appointed facility managers.
